Sources say the changes mean heightened requirements for stormwater control and treatment in new development, and more inspection and permitting responsibility for the city. Under state law, the city has to adopt its updated stormwater ordinance and fees by Friday. The work session starts at 5:00 today at City Hall; the evening session that includes the public hearing begins at 7:30 pm.
