A major Lynchburg highway will soon undergo a study for safety flaws, and the first planning session is set for later this week. Lynchburg City and VDOT Engineers will conduct a study seeking ways to improve the Lynchburg Expressway. The study should be complete by next fall. Bob Clark has the story.
