Lynchburg Is Gearing Up For Spring Cleaning And Volunteers Are Needed

The 16th annual March on Litter event will be held on Saturday, March 29. The event is part of the nation’s largest annual community improvement program. It will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 12 noon at the Lynchburg Community Market. Each participant will receive a clean-up location, orange trash bags, a safety vest, work gloves, and refreshments. March on Litter is co-sponsored by the Lynchburg Public Works Department and Keep Lynchburg Beautiful and is a rain or shine event. To learn more visit: www.lynchburgva.gov
