A Lynchburg man and Roanoke man are facing heroin charges in Botetourt County. 29 year old, Brandon M. Calloway, and 29 year old Karl C. Depas were arrested on Friday after fleeing from police conducting an investigation. The two were apprehended following a search by deputies. Two others were taken into custody but later released. Calloway and Depas are charged with distribution of heroin, conspiracy to distribute heroin and obstruction of justice. Both are being held without bond at the Botetourt County Jail.
