Lynchburg Man Pleads Guilty to Child Porn Charges

The Lynchburg man, who initially denied being in possession of child porn pleaded guilty to the charges this week. The Investigation began in April. By June 31 year old, Allen Roy Henderson was arrested after authorities found about 1,600 sexually explicit images in his home and was charged him with 10 counts of possession and one count of distribution of child pornography. Henderson originally claimed the images were there by accident. On Tuesday, prosecution chose not to pursue the distribution count as part of a plea agreement. The judge revoked bond and ordered Henderson be held in jail until his sentencing hearing on February 18th.
