From the City of Lynchburg: As the city of begins its annual budgeting process, it is important that citizens have a voice. On Thursday, October 29 at 6:30 p.m., residents are invited to attend a special Ward I meeting at Bedford Hills Elementary School, 4330 Morningside Drive (in the cafeteria) to learn the results of the 2015 Citizen Survey. Following the brief presentation, residents will be asked to share their ideas and thoughts on how to improve their community. The input received will inform the City as it prepares its FY17 budget. Meetings have also been scheduled in the other Wards:
Ward II Dunbar Middle School December 1 at 6:30 p.m.
Ward III Sheffield Elementary School November 11 at 6:30 p.m.
Ward IV Linkhorne Middle School November 19 at 6:30 p.m.
