Lynchburg police investigate shots fired

Lynchburg Police are investigating shots fired early this morning at apartments in the 15-hundred block of Longview Drive off of Greenfield   Drive.   It happened around 4:30 a.m.  Police found several casings near one apartment building.  There were no reports of injuries or property damage.  No one has been arrested and police don’t believe there is a threat to the public.
