Lynchburg Police blocked off several streets around 1503 Grace Street at the Diamond Hill Lofts yesterday while they investigated a stolen vehicle from Bedford County. Police were looking in the apartments for for Heather Elizabeth Martin and William Ashby May. Martin currently has an active felony warrant for Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle and May has multiple felony warrants for gun and drug charges out of several jurisdictions. Police brought in their Tactical Unit, Crisis Negotiations Team, and Drone Unit but did not catch May and Martin.
