From Lynchburg Police: On 08/31/14 a female reported that someone had entered her unlocked car and removed a tin that contained several of her credit cards. She was later notified that someone had attempted to use the credit cards at the Walmart on Wards Rd. around 0330 hrs. on 8/31/14. Further investigation shows that both of the credit cards were in fact used to make purchases at the Wards Rd. Walmart. Suspect descriptions are as follows:
Suspect #1 – Late teens to early twenties, wearing a blue t-shirt and camouflage pants.
Suspect #2 – late teens to early twenties, wearing a blue t-shirt and blue jeans.
Suspect #3 – late teens to early twenties, wearing a gray tank top and blue jeans and a dark colored baseball cap.
The Lynchburg Police Department’s Criminal Investigation’s Division is investigating the credit card theft and credit card fraud.
