Ross is wanted on numerous charges including; Strangulation, Brandishing a Firearm, Aggravated Malicious Wounding, and Possessing a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. Ross was last seen operating a white in color 1993 Suzuki Swift VA registration WNJ-9196.
