Next Monday and Tuesday, both the Lynchburg Public Library on Memorial Avenue and the Branch Library on Church Street will be closed for a computer system upgrade and staff training. The upgrade will allow sharing of library materials between the Lynchburg Public Library, the Bedford Regional Library and the Campbell County Library. Both libraries will reopen on Wednesday, March 18 at 9:30 a.m.
