Event organizers say a diverse gathering of people with water knowledge ranging from the State of the James River Report; to the future water needs in the region and the planning that is taking place in Lynchburg, Bedford & Amherst Counties. Other topics include envisioning storm water management and new directions to success for the Combined Sewer Overflow project.
