The man accused of plotting to kill his wife, will have his sanity evaluated. An Attorney for the murder for hire suspect Kevin Colgan asked a judge on Monday to allow it. Colgan will be back in court in November. A doctor will determine whether Colgan was sane at the time, police say he tried to hire a hitman to kill his wife.
