The man accused of tattooing two Campbell County children without their consent last month was booked in jail on Wednesday. 20 year old, Alexander Edwards is charged with six felony charges: two counts each of abduction, malicious wounding and child abuse. Edwards was a family acquaintance and was acting in a caretaker role for the children on December 22. The mother of both child victims Melissa Delp and her boyfriend Daniel Janney have also been charged in the case. Authorities say they attempted to remove the tattoos and caused further scarring.
