Man Charged With Dozens of Sex Crimes

A judge found probable cause to send 36 felony charges involving sexual crimes filed against a man to a Nelson County grand jury. 56 year old, Kenneth Alan Spratt is accused of engaging in sexual behavior involved three girls younger than 13–the incidents are reported to have taken place between April 2012 and January 2014. According to media outlets, Spratt was recently employed by the Amherst County Public Schools in the transportation department. He was arrested Feb. 18; the case will be heard by a grand jury on May 27.
