Man Found Guilty of Metal Pipe Assaults

The man accused of attacking several people with a metal pipe in August has pleaded guilty. 22 year old, Brandon Matthew Carpenter faced six counts of assault and one count of threatening to burn a residence. The judge in the case on Tuesday found Carpenter guilty of one count of assault against a law enforcement officer and one count of threatening to burn a residence as part of a plea agreement. Sentencing is set for June 6.
