A Lynchburg man pleaded guilty Wednesday for his role in a March 2013 shooting that left one man injured in Madison Heights. 21 year old, Tevin Jaleel Smith is charged with one count each of malicious wounding, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, shooting into an occupied building and possession of a firearm by a felon. According to the News & Advance, the judge found Smith guilty on all four counts. Smith faces up to 20 years in prison on the malicious wounding charge and 20 years combined on the other three charges. A sentencing date has not been set.
