The man responsible for two Lynchburg convenience store robberies; and an attempt to hold up a cab driver over a three-day span in November has pleaded guilty to two counts of robbery and one count of attempted robbery. 49 year old, Timothy Ray Henshaw confessed to holding up the Fast Mart No. 2 on 12th Street and Z Market on Park Avenue…as well as the other incident. Two felony charges of wearing a mask in public and possession of cocaine were not prosecuted as part of a plea agreement. He was found guilty on Wednesday to the three counts; he will be sentenced on July 16.
