A Lynchburg man has pleaded guilty to malicious wounding in connection with a drive-by shooting. 20 year old, Terrell Andre Jones had faced a jury trial Tuesday on the charge of aggravated malicious wounding in the October 2012 shooting of a man, prosecutors say was running a fake marijuana scheme. Jones also faces one count each of using a firearm in committing a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Jones faces a maximum of 28 years in prison. Sentencing is set for March 26.
