GavelA North Carolina man charged with one felony count of online solicitation of a minor will be released early next year. Grady Wade Mabe Jr., was sentenced to 10 years in prison, but the judge suspended all but one year and one month. Mabe was arrested in December 2012 for what authorities said were indecent online conversations with a person he thought was a minor but was really an officer with the Southern Virginia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Mabe has been incarcerated for a year and was credited with time served, leaving an active sentence of one month in jail.
