The Lynchburg man that sexually assaulted a woman on Park Avenue near Kemper Street last June pleaded guilty to lesser charges on Wednesday. Trevere Lamar Gray was initially charged with rape and assault and battery; but will be sentenced on May 28 on an amended charge of aggravated sexual battery. The assault and battery charge was not prosecuted.
