A September jury trial has been set for the man charged with involuntary manslaughter in a fatal car crash on Graves Mill Road in Forest last year. Christopher Michael Pruett also is charged with reckless driving, in connection with the Oct. 31 wreck that killed 70 year old, Sandra Duff of Lynchburg. Pruett was indicted on May 6. He was arrested that week and later release on bond. A jury trial is set in Bedford County for Sept. 23.
