The attorney for a Gladys man accused of murder in the shooting death of a man at a Campbell County party last spring has filed a motion seeking to bar certain clothing during the trial. 23 year old, Joshua Thomas Graves is charged with first-degree murder and use of a firearm in commission of a felony in connection with the April 27 death of Ryan Travis “Duck” Daniel. At a preliminary hearing in September, some people wore T-shirts bearing photos of Daniels. Media outlets report, the Defense asked the judge to prohibit wearing clothing with images of or references to during the June 18 jury trial. A ruling on the motion is expected on June 5.
