A Franklin County man has been charged in connection with the death of a seven year old boy who was shot and killed by his twelve year old brother. Sources say Jeffrey Carl Ireson was charged Wednesday with two counts of child cruelty. The seven year old was shot and killed instantly on April 21st after his older brother found a handgun.
