A year ago tomorrow the Delaware North Companies reopened the Peaks of Otter Lodge after the previous management company had left it shutdown in November of 20-12. The Lodge will celebrate that “rebirth” with a special anniversary celebration tomorrow. WLNI’s Gene Marrano has more:
