The Planning Commission has voted in favor of rezoning for a new retail development in Lynchburg. The preliminary site plan includes a convenience store, bank, and restaurant. The development would be called Village at Dreaming Creek and would be built on six tracts on Timerberlake Road. The recommendation of the project now goes before City Council for approval.
