Officials say ideas are being swapped and comments are being made by the public. www.lynchburgislistening.com, allows both city officials and citizens alike to introduce a topic and start a discussion. The site allows users to post their own ideas, respond to others and vote on their favorites. Users can also check out the city’s meeting schedule and take surveys on public services. City employees also respond from time to time. The city hosted an event early this month to unveil the website, and will be doing more promotions in the coming weeks.
