Herring launches program to build trust between teens, law enforcement

Attorney General Mark Herring hopes a new program his department is launching will help both teens and police officers better interact with one another. The interactive program is designed to teach teens about their rights and responsibilities when they encounter law enforcement officers, whether it’s during a conversation or an arrest.
