 city lynchburg logoAccording to projections in the new Lynchburg City budget, which takes effect July 1, local tax rates will remain unchanged but includes a bump in utility fees. The News & Advance reports, the monthly water and sewer bill will rise by 3.8 percent for an average homeowner. The stormwater management fee will stay flat with a base rate of $4 a month.
