Helping sexual assault victims statewide: new grant to assist Virginia

Virginia will use a $2 million federal grant to improve the way Virginia handles sexual assault cases statewide. Attorney General Mark Herring says for starters, the grant will help completely eliminate any remaining backlog of sexual assault evidence kits. WLNI’s Evan Jones has more:
