UPDATE:Lynchburg Police have charged EBT fraud suspects

UPDATE: On Tuesday, due to numerous tips through crime stoppers and calls directly to the Lynchburg Police Department, Detectives arrested John Rice, 58 and Cassandra Goode, 44 both of Lynchburg.  Rice and Goode were charged with unauthorized use of an EBT card which is a class 5 felony. Yesterday Jaquan Goode, 22 of Lynchburg turned himself in to Detectives of the Lynchburg Police Department and was charged with unauthorized use of an EBT card which is a Class 5 Felony.

Posted on 12/29/2015: The Lynchburg Police Department is investigating a fraud case in which several different subjects used a stolen EBT card to make a large amount of purchases from several stores. All of these purchases were made during the months of November and December of this year. Police are trying to identify the two middle-aged white males, and the young to middle-aged black female, pictured below.
