Officials Give All Clear After Gas Leak

Several buildings in the area of 11th and Commerce had to be briefly evacuated, after construction crews hit a gas line Monday morning. Columbia Gas responded quickly, shut off the gas and repaired the line. Media outlets report, during the evacuation, the fire department checked the air quality of the buildings and everyone was let back inside a short time later.
