One Man Hospitalized –Another Faces Charges Following Attack

Lynchburg police are investigating an attack on a city man last evening. James Dallas Burley was treated at the emergency room of non-life threatening injuries following an attacked in the 1800 block of Holiday Street, off Kemper Street around 8pm Wednesday night.  Sources say investigators obtained an arrest warrant for 20-year-old Cody Thomas Thurmond of Lynchburg.
