One of Eight Facing Murder Charges Denied Bond

One of the eight people in Lynchburg facing murder charges in last month’s drive-by shooting death of Lawrence Giusto .. has been denied bond. The News & Advance reports prosecutors called 18-year-old Jakiel Benson a risk to the community. The judge agreed on Wednesday and denied bond. Benson faces first-degree murder and firearms charges.
