A New York man has been sentenced in Bedford County to five years in prison on counts of computer solicitation. According to the Bedford County Sheriff’s Office, Moses Kahn engaged in sexual explicit communications with a person he had reason to believe was a female minor in Bedford County. Kahn was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with 13 counts of use of a communication system to facilitate certain offenses involving children; he pleaded no contest in October. The Judge sentenced him Tuesday, to 10 years with five years suspended on each charge and set the time to run concurrently.
