UPDATE: Lynchburg Water Resources officials say all customers are once again receiving water that comes from the Pedlar Reservoir. A water line break that occurred on December 23rd had required the city to use the James River as the water source for about half of its customers, those whose water typically is treated at the College Hill treatment plant.
