1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, peppers and garlic and cook until slightly softened.
  3. Add ground chuck and brown until no longer pink.
  4. Drain excess grease.
  5. Add Worcestershire, steak sauce, salt and pepper.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Stir in cheese and heat until melted.
  8. Serve on hamburger buns.
