From Lynchburg City Police On October 22, 2015, two male suspects passed an undisclosed amount of counterfeit bills at three retail stores along Wards Road in the City of Lynchburg. The suspects purchased small dollar items and used counterfeit bills to receive cash back. Suspect #1 is described as being a 20-25 year old black male, approximately 5’8” tall and weighing 160lbs, with black hair and brown eyes, and a black “chinstrap” style beard and goatee. Suspect #2 is described as being a 20-25 year old black male, approximately 5’2” tall and weighing 100lbs, with black hair and brown eyes, and a black goatee.
