A police chase in Campbell County Sunday night ended with the suspect colliding with a State Police vehicle. Media outlets report, troopers pursued the vehicle from Evington to Lynchburg where the suspect was chased through the parking lot of River Ridge Mall. Authorities say at one point, the suspect collided with a trooper’s vehicle, then fled again. The suspect was eventually successfully pulled over without further incident. The trooper was not injured, but the officer’s vehicle sustained damage.
