UPDATE from Lynchburg Police: Based on one of the complaints that we have received, an arrest for indecent exposure has been made. The suspect was charged and released from BRRJ. The suspect has been identified as Xavier Leon Morgan, 18 yrs old of Lynchburg, Virginia. Charged with one count of Indecent Exposure.
PREVIOUSLY: The Lynchburg Police Department has received several complaints regarding a subject in the area of 101 Capstone Dr. (hiking trail behind pool) who has been exposing himself to female joggers as they run by. The suspect is described as follows: Black male, medium color skin, short afro, approximately 18-24 years of age. Per residents in this area, this individual is seen every day on the trail. The Lynchburg Police Department has reason to believe that there are numerous victims who may have not come forward. We would ask that these incidents be reported so that proper charges may be sought and positive identification may be made..
