City of Lynchburg Municipal Offices will be closed Monday, February 17—not because of snow, but in observance of Presidents’ Day. Trash will be collected following the normal schedule. The Lynchburg Museum, and Point of Honor, will be open on the holiday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. with free admission at both locations. The Lynchburg Visitor Information Center will be open.
