Lynchburg City Council on Tuesday approved a rezoning to allow 270 apartments to be built off Timberlake Road. According to the News & Advance, the project will move forward without a condition that required a connector road. City planners called for connectivity to reflect goals in the comprehensive plan; but the issue was a source of the opposition during a public hearing.
