A home caregiver provider, is offering free home safety checks for senior citizens in the Lynchburg-Roanoke area. June is National Safety Month; and Home Instead Senior Care, will offer the service through July. Free safety checklists are also available for those who wish to conduct their own checks. Annual home safety checks are recommended. Other resources, including an online safety assessment, can be found on the company’s website.
