Campbell CountyThe Campbell County School Board is in the process of reorganizing when it comes to the future following a recent Board of Supervisors vote against combined schools. School Board members last night, responded to the Board of Supervisor’s recent decision against a plan to consolidate the county’s middle and high schools into two campuses. One board member said it was an interesting exercise in county politics. Many expressed concern, that, perhaps, the best bargain for the taxpayers’ dollars got voted down. Superintendent Robert Johnson said he expects to present the board with a plan that takes the supervisors’ decision into account sometime in the spring.
