city schools logoThe Lynchburg City School Board is expected to vote on the schools calendar today. The calendar likely to be proposed by the Superintendent is similar to the current school year’s calendar. The option or concept of adding one or two intersession weeks to the calendar in which some students would get a break from school, while other students get extra help on academics is not expected to be pursued for the upcoming school year. The suggested start day for students would be on Aug. 25 and the last day on June 5
