The state senate has approved an elections bill that creates an additional way to vote absentee in the upcoming general election. It allows registrars to designate “drop off locations” for the collection of absentee ballots in November. Republican Senator Steve Newman told the Morning Line he’s concerned the voter boxes will lead to voter fraud:
