The man who pleaded guilty to the burglary of Burley’s Market on Wards Road will not be spending anymore time in jail. 21 year old, Kenneth Snell Jr., of Evington was charged with statutory burglary, grand larceny, larceny of firearms and wearing a mask in public. The Judge in the case, yesterday, sentenced Snell to three years on the burglary charge and two years each on the other felony charges but suspending all time on conditions that including supervised probation. A second man, Joshua Witt, was recently sentenced to three years for his role in the incident. Prosecutors said the pair used a cinderblock to break through the glass door of the convenience story during the early morning hours of on July 7 of last year.
