The deadline for accepting proposals for the College Hill Community Center is today. Lynchburg Parks and Recreation has been soliciting proposals from non-profits organization to take over the center’s staffing and programs. Sources say city officials have received several proposals; those bids will be evaluated by committee, before a final proposal is selected.
