The Souls to the Polls program began Tuesday…in an effort to ensure that people have I.D Cards in time for Election Day. A new state law requires all Virginians to show photo identification at the polls before voting. For the next three more Tuesdays, a different church in Lynchburg will drive people to the Department of Motor Vehicles where they can get an I.D for free.
