From Lynchburg City Police: The Lynchburg Police Department is currently investigating the theft of a debit card, and the subsequent purchases and cash withdrawals that were made from several businesses in the city. The transactions occurred on November 2, 2015. In total, the money stolen by the suspects pictured below was over $500.
